What about your life. If you don't get yourself together your child is going to miss out. Its time to play lets find a new husband game.

If i'm reading this right, the person that you are missing is your son. Unfortunately, having your son gone for a week at a time, is never going to be easy. The only thing I can suggest is to look at this time away like a break, special time for you to pamper yourself. Sometimes parents and children can actually benefit from time away. When you see him you should be fresh and be able to use your time together to show him just how much you love and missed him.

Just try to live with that reality. Anytime he is away, you can call him or something. get a webcam for him over there so you can talk online and stuff before he goes to bed. goodluck
