Most definitely. I've had sinus problems for quite a few years. When I get a real bad sinus headache or infection, my eyes always feel like they're going to pop out of my head and the least bit of light seems too bright.

Yes or it could be a migraine. If its a sinus infection get it taken care of!! They can be deadly! IF they get too bad they can spread to your brain...believe me I know, I ended up in the ER with a really bad infection and couldnt get out of bed for 3 days

Yes. Taking some advil cold and sinus can reduce this. Wait a couple of days after the antibiotic, it should be better.
