Not before 2015 for sure but it may never happen as one answerer pointed.
I believe EU candidacy is very helpful for Turkey to improve its standards. So, in ten years from now I wouldn't care if they accept us or not as long as Turkey becomes a true European democracy with a healthy economy.
A couple of years ago majority of the Turkish population was supporting the EU membership. But that support is now diminishing because of EU's stance on some sensitive issues such as Cyprus.

Probably never. You need unanimous support to join the EU. Many Europeans are against it and countries such as France said they would put it to a referendum. If any country puts it to a referendum, I'm sure the majority will say No, therefore no unanimity and therefore no joining the EU.
Personally I'm for it (I have European citizenship, won't specify which country), but the truth is that Turkey still has a bit of a way to go in becoming a true secular liberal country. Apparently it's still treason for Turks to criticize their own country... Very undemocratic.

The EU needs a reason to admit them. So far, I guess they don't have enough reasons.
