Always. And apart from kindness i have always said i would stand by my principles, even if it means letting someone go for the sake of both person's good.
And the fact that i constantly say we must BE the change we want to see in the world i do not practice what i preach....
...i AM what i preach.

I really try hard to practice what I preach! When I give advice I know would be hard to follow myself, I usually say, "try your best to" or "if at all possible", etc. We are human and all will slip occasionally.

No - not always but MOST of the time. On the BIG issues - YES.

"Do as I say, not as I do"
My kids are not allowed to swear, and that is what I tell them if they hear me swear.

I try not to preach. (I'm generally not a hypocrite, though)
