Follow your thumb bone to the base at your wrist. There's a hollow there. That's the uterine reflex. Masage it.
The foot one is harder to find and you can't do it to yourself there anyway.
We were told during training never to work the uterine or ovarian reflexes on a pregnant woman as they could induce labor. I have never tried it deliberately. My best friend had arranged for me to go with her into the delivery room to do her hands and ease her pain but she ended up having a c-section (breech) so I wasn't able to see how it worked.
Good luck.

There are a few pressure points on the feet that MIGHT cause contractions if they are stimulated long enough.

These are the two I know of and have tried in early labor in hopes of strengthening contractions:

Right around the base of the big toe is one spot.

The other is the back of your ankle on either side.

If you press into those spots, you'll feel the pressure point. I think you need to stimulate them off and on for about 5 mins on, 5 mins off for quite a while to see any effect.

there is a pressure point on the inside of your ankle, about three fingers above your inside ankle bone. It's supposed to induce labor. So much so that there are certain massage places that will not do feet massages or pedicures because of it.
