i wanna join the army but my gf is to afraid that ill leave and never come home and she doesnt want our child to grow up without a father. what should i do?

The military, as far as I'm concerned, is one of the most honorable professions a person can choose. Even though present times aren't exactly safe, you can be proud of yourself for the choice to serve your country. It will be something that you will remember for the rest of your life. Do it.

Joining the military will insure your finacial life for your child and your wife. She needs to understand this. i usually do not like people joining the military but sometimes it is the best thing to do for your life.
