(1) If I had a really goofy first name and was frequently teased for it, I might have a somewhat different personality than I do now.
(2) I really don't think this would change me at all.
(3) If I grew up in a different town, I might have developed into a different type of person, but if I were to move to a different town now I would remain pretty much the same.

Yes, this is a very interesting question. Would you be a different person if you asked a different question (just kidding in a good humored way).
1) Yes, I believe my name does influence me and if I had a different name it could have an effect on me. I really can't say why - it's just intuition - it's not a rational thing. But it's hard to imagine what.
Wait, I just thought of something regarding the name issue - the name is a reflection of your identity - ethnic and religious, and if my ethnicity and religion changed, yes, I might be very different.
2) Different hair color - well, there is a cliche that blondes have more fun - is it true? I die my hair because I am gray. Basically, my hair colors have ranged from red, reddish brown and purple red. Since these colors are all in the same family, I don't think I see a difference in my personality.
3) Now, this I know. I moved to a different country. It didn't change me completely, but it did change me because I had the opportunity to start over and I did make some changes in my life for the better.

I think I would be the same person even with those subtle changes.
1) My name does not influence who I am. It's just an average name.
2) I doubt being a blonde or redhead would change who I am.
3) i have lived in the city and the country. If I lived in another country or the other side of the country then maybe something might be different, but I doubt by much.

I'd think that I probably would be a different person. If I lived in another town I probably grew up in another town so my external world and maturing exeperience would be different. The hair color - not so sure. I have a different hair color now than the one nature gifted me with so I'm not sure that that's such a factor. The different first name - well, again, not as big a thing as the different town. Taking a person out of place makes all of the difference.

This is a very interesting question. I would say no for first name and hair color. But possibly yes for a different town. Even though a lot of my personality would stay the same, environmentally it would a chance a little.

Yes. I am in an area where the majority of people are shallow, pretentious, materialistic, and have status anxiety. They are often cold and aloof, and quick to point out if something you have is "last season" or when you compliment something they have they are quick to tell you much they paid for it....
I have never been anywhere else where there are so many peole like this......It is far to common and boring.....I crave the places I have been that appreciate diversity and not everyone has to try to outdo each other or be just like each other. I am much more extroverted and happy in those places, and am working my way back......

Yes, because I've found people grow to match their name. Like Every Sarah I know is really nice and sweet, and Sarah means Princess. Of course there are exceptions lol.
Not if I had a diff hair color though.
If I lived in a different town, most certainly because our friends & the people around us shape us very much.

Psychology believes that 2 main apsects influence who we are and tend to become. Firstly, genetics and secondly our environment. So if your hair colour were different, it is liely that your genetic composition would be a little different too. That would change you. Second, if you were exposed to a different enviornment (town) you would once again be different. So yes, you would be very different indeed.
