drink a lot of water when you are hungry before you eat and buy some really healthy lowfat lowcalorie snacks to eat when you are hungry

Install a door into the kitchen, and keep it locked.
Even if you know where the key is, its still a pain to go get the key and unlock the door.
i know exactly what you mean - everytime i walked past the kitchen, i felt it was my duty to go in and eat somehting, hungry or not!!
THe obese person picture on the fridge door already mentioned, also helps, i found!

technically, your weight is perfect for your height. but i understand your eating problem because i have it too. what i have begun to do is substitute the chips and sweets for fruits, nuts, and veggies. that way, if you can't stop yourself from eating anything you see, atleast you'll be eating something healthy and fruits are full of water which makes you feel more full. i also got rid of all of the sugary drinks. instead, i drink water. its also important that you eat all your meals so you're less likely to feel hungry. after a while, your cravings for the junk food will disappear

I used to do that too. What I did was put all the tempting things to the back of the refrigerator or the cupboards so that way when i opened them i didn't see anything appetizing or all i see is something that takes 3 hours to cook. or you can put like fruits or healthy things in the front also, that way you can just grab a couple of grapes and be on your way â¥

you are fine for you height Im 5'4" and 125lb everyone tells me Im too skinny. try and stay far away from kitchen or if you can then slice up some celery and carrots or any other fresh veggie you like and munch on them..

Exercise, you dolt! You can pound away as much food as you like as long as you burn off all those calories. As a person who has diabetics in his family, avoid sugars like the plague! Eat veg and fruit (hey, they're naturally sweet!).

you dont have to stop eating just exercise. I'm 5.3 but I weigh moore then you but every one seas I'm the perfect size and seas I have a lot of mussel. and my friend is really skinny and she seas that shes fat.
