I just finished college, and not really sure how to make friends without the help of classes at school. My coworkers are all quite a bit older, and all women, so I don't really have much in common with them. Any advise?

I had the same problem when I started working last year. My coworkers were all old enough to be my parents and I truly didn't have anything in common with them. So I started up a new hobby! I also started taking foreign language classes! I met a bunch of new people and found two really good friends! You can also work on accepting invitations to parties more, go there and just start conversations with people that look interesting. It might work out. Good luck ;)

maybe you should try to go places and then you will find many people that are your age and maybe you will find many people whom you want to be friends with you

You can start by asking them how they're doing...
