What's the significance of it? Does it stand for something? It does look quite red. I'd suggest a very little bit of Polysporin without a Band-aid. You don't want to draw the color out. Let it air as much as possible.

i don't know what it is your putting on it but the best thing is to keep non-scented lubriderm lotion on it , it will make your tatt come out much better and you wont run into problems
