I cant use anything from the store because it breaks me out worse and I get cracky, bumpy skin. I always had clear skin until I got pregnant and I could only splash water on my face to clean it. Now that water isnt working so good anymore. Again NOTHING from the store will help, everything from Wal*Mart brand to Estee Lauder and NOTHING HELPS!
Does anyone have any tips on a facewash I can make at home, that is all natural with no chemicals. (SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE)
Thank you so much for any one who can help me.

I had a HORRIBLE acne break out for about 8 months of my pregnancy -weird because I've never had acne my whole life until I was pregnant- and I had a boy I don't really think you can judge gender by old wive's tales like acne or where you're carrying the baby...although if you're craving alot of proteins and meats, there's been university studies that prove you're more likely to crave proteins when you're having a boy

Try using tea tree oil. I think you can probably get it at the drup store and if not you can try The Body Shop. That's gonna be the easiest on your face without using any chemicals or anything. You can also get tea tree oil soap that's made from all natural ingredients. One of my girlfriends is a total hippie and she makes me my face soap, it's awesome (she won't tell me exactly what's in it or how to make it, she says it's a secret or else I would share the details with you). Good luck!

Its normal because your hormones are working over time.
Have you tried Spectro Jel? Or use some Clearasil, talk to your Pharmacist or Beautician at the Drug Mart. La Roche Posay has excellent creams and cleansers for all sorts of women problems
the Beautician might be able to give you some samples to try.
Anyway I am sure the outbreak is only temporarily and I wish you lots of Luck and an easy pregnancy.
And as for the old wives tale about girls, it is an old wife's tale.
I had 2 boys and 1 girl and like they stupidly say: I absolutely glowed with all of them.

I understand how you feel. I am 7 months pregnant, and have never had problems with my skin until I became pregnant. I am breaking out on my chest with pimples and on my face. Also, my face has started to become extremely greasy. I am not sure how far along you are, but I have decided to just wait until after the baby is born. It might go away after the baby comes. If not, then see a dermatologist.

You can not do much about it but chances are you are having a girl.
I know that it is an old wives tale that you break out when pregnant with a girl because she is taking some of your beauty.
But I did with both of my girls and everyone else I know has always broke out when they were pregnant with girls.
Good Luck to you and I never found anything to help either but it stops.

sorry girl. nothing is goin help. it's just something that comes along with being pregnate. i just had a baby 6 months ago. but here is something you can try to help it. it won't clear it up all together but it'll help.
apply 1/2 cup of honey with 1/2 cup of orange juice. leave on 5 min. they honey contains hydronged peroxide which inhbits bacteria while the citric acid in the juice will dry up excess oil.
make sure you wash your face everynight and try not to eat many greasy foods.
hope it helps

Try mixing some dried oatmeal in a blender until it is a power, put in a separate bowl and mix with a little honey and a mild soap. Apply to face and wash, rinse well.
