Well first thing is to just be yourself. You don't want to change who you are or how you act just because you are scared of what someone might think about you. That is no way to live life or to enjoy everything in life.
The second thing that you need to do is just to open a conversation. It doesn't need to be about the two of you just pick something and talk about it. This will take the edge off of your nervouseness.
And why should he talk trash about you? There isn't enough info in your question to answer that part of it.

you are a kid and you are making WAY WAY too much importance to something very minor. Right now your life revolves around what you think others will think. Stop wasting your time on this. If he calls, he calles. If he doesn't call he doesn't call. And if he trashes you, then he is the fool. STOP putting too much power on some kid you have a crush on at school.
Being a guy he might not even remember that you gave him your nunber. Guys don't dwell on stuff like that

First, you need a tranquilizer dart. Secondly, relax! It's not the end of the world if he likes you or not. If he likes you and calls you, that's great, if not, there are plenty of boys who would be interested in you. But first, you need to stop being so scared and nervous about this. Be cool, calm, and collected, or else every guy that sees this in you will RUN far far away from you.

Like Gina, i'm Filipino and that i likely have Spanish blood in me and that i'm a million/8 chinese, yet i really evaluate myself all Filipino because i do not recognize any chinese kinfolk contributors (my large-grandpa is done chinese and he went to the Philippines and married my large-grandma, hence my grandpa is 1/2 chinese, yet he replaced into no longer uncovered to chinese custom). i'm in straightforward words really linked to Filipino custom.
