i have let go of him 5 times and now i want to get him back should i tell him or should i just move on

You should move on. Experiment with something new. Even though perhaps you do have feelings for him, realize that there is much you will do/see/experience in your life and there isn't a really good reason to dwell here any longer.

Listen love does not hurt. If there is anytime that you have doubts, you need to let him go. You need to find some one that is going to treat you the way you want to be treated. Ask your self why are you in this mess and if it is worth it.

move on with out him you will find someone that loves you and cares about you . why i say for you to move on is because i with a guy for 2yrs and then he broke up with me and found someone else but when things would get mess for him . he would come and find me and i could not move on because i would wait because i loved him but i have moved on because i found my Mr.right
