yeah for 5 years, it helped to tell somebody my problems, but well it helps if you want to be helped, most of the time it was problems with my mom, and I didn't want to get myself in trouble or punished just because I wanted to tell her something, so for me it was just a place to escape to, in order to get away from her. So well yeah it's good. I mean you have to tell somebody your feelings, and they are able to help in so many different ways

When I was in my 20's, I had so many problems. I went from one broken relationship to another...there was alot of stuff from an unhappy home life..and I was terribly confused and felt very out of control. Over the course of many years, I did see several psychologists. Although I can say that the greatest transformation of my life came from knowing and following Jesus Christ, which did not happen until my 40's, I can also positively say that I was helped very much by the very smart and very kind professionals I saw. They helped me sort things out. You have to make sure you are going to the right person, though. There are alot of people out there who might have a diploma, but are useless when it comes to really helping others!
