In the past, the American government has been guilty of conducting such experiments. All one has to do to prove this point is bring up the Tuskegee experiments where 399 African American men were used as gunei pigs in an experiment to test the effects of Syphillis on black men.

If America has done this to its own citizens, is it not conceiveable to think that the American government is doing this to people at GITMO?

Bush pretends he doesn't know what the word science means,
but there is nothing this administration could do that would
surprise me.
GITMO - there is evil going on there - there's just too much
controversy to believe otherwise.

Yes, Alot of countries have either done it or are doing it. Only today they usually call it a double blind trail test.
