i download them frolm limewire then what??

hmmm... it depends upon what OS (Operating system) you are using.
If you are using a Macintosh computer with (Mac etc) you can directly put videos from your PC to your iPod.
But if you are using a Windows operating system, you have to install "iTunes" for transfering your files from your PC to iPod.
After downloading the files, if they are compatible with your iPod you can directly tranfet them into your iPod but if they are in some uncompatible format, you first have to convert them to an acceptable format (iTunes has that built in feature of conversion)

not claiming to be a techie but try this
1.add the file to your itunes library(if u dont have it saved there already)

Then u either
a if you have ur ipod set on autmatic updates when connected it should update from ur itunes library with the video(s)
or
b plug ur ipod up select the file & drag it your ipod in the menu

DO U HAVE I CORD THAT CAME WIT YOUR IPOD BECAUSE U CAN HOOK I UP TO THE BAC OF YOUR COMPUTER THAN WHERE EVERY U GO TO THATS WHERE U CAN GET YOUR MUSIC
