This is better and more accurate # than the 5% you posted earlier. 2 Trillion is the current US budget so it'd be a good amount to shoot for. The main problem with this % is that right now, 50% of american households pay less than 15% of their gross income, and we're talking about the poorer 50% of american households. So this proposal would result in a net tax increase for the poorest 50% of americans while amounting to a major tax decrease for the wealthiest of americans.... It's a terrible idea. We should have a simplified tax code, certainly, but why not a graduated tax system? Say no one pays on their first 10,000 , then they pay 5% on the next 10,000 , then they pay 10% on the next 10,000 , etc. till someone making 80,000 or more is paying 40%. That 10,000 tax free would be per person, so a family of four would not pay any taxes on its first 40,000 dollars. Or something to this effect. But this idea of a graduated tax is much fairer than taxing people on their very first dollar.

way too intense. eire is in straightforward words 12% and organizations flock there to open. we would have a nil% corp tax fee with the FairTax. (H.R. 25) yet unhappy to say, maximum folk do not recognize that all and distinctive company taxes are handed are paid with the help of the top customers besides. Jehen, its it truly is 35% of internet income, no longer internet sales i am going to put up this back..... My son is doing a college challenge. Create a company plan for a small company you favor to commence. He chosen a skate board company. after we further taxes to his professional-forma sheet, he had a detrimental 8 money income in accordance to month. "Wow" he stated, "appears like i am going to ought to make stronger expenditures or fireplace some workers" he's 16. Now take that similar sheet and raise the taxes and the minimum salary and word what occurs.

I assume you support the Forbes tax. I think it is much better than what we have now. Americans do not realize how much it costs us to comply with the tax system.

I support the Fair Tax because it removes all taxes on labor and income. It would bring manufacturing back to the US in great numbers.

The Fair Tax would also crush the Communist Chineese economically and thus hurt Russia, Iran, North Korea. We can do severe damage to our enemies economically by having the Fair Tax

It won't happen and all those that advocate a flat tax are wasting their time.

The 14th amendment provides for us to pay tax (share the cost of privilege) it states a tax on net income shall be levied.

No one in the current Congress would dare to mess with the 14th amendment.

No. I'm im favor of eliminating the entire income tax altogether and making our way on a smaller federal budget paid for by tariffs, excise taxes, and user fees.

actaully, it would earn more, since the money is taxed every time it is spent, and then that is taxed when that person spends it. A 15% flat tax would be extremely good in my point of view.

I am for a national sales tax on every item that is bought. Then a refund can be given to people who make less than a certain amount.
