Well that depends on if you have a family or want to be away from home. If you are looking for some good money and a chance to travel, check out NCL.com for Norwiegn Cruise Lines. You get to work on a ship and go to Hawaii and NCL is the only cruiseline that pays all the training. Check it out, I currently do it and love it.

What about starting a private tutoring business or english school for international students. There are quite a few of them, but mostly just scaming rich parents of international students. You can change all that and make some money at the same time. Good luck.
