I have the Samsung 990, but I did have the Samsung 950 before I upgraded. First off, the 950 only has like 10 mbs of memory on the phone so you will need to get a transFlash card that will hold a movie file. Then just get a Samsung 950 USB connector to connect your phone to your PC. Then just drag the movie file into the transFlash card and then you can access it on your phone.

To get a movie, you can go to any P2P program like limewire to download the movie. Then just transfer it into your phone. You can do the same thing with pictures and mp3 files.

I think there is an option for VCAST (if youre from Verizon) to download movies to your phone, but once again, you will need a transFlash card to hold those movie files since they are pretty big.
