wow thats gr8....
5 hrs is a little 2 much...hope u dun get glasses...i hab only been sitting for 1 or 2 hours

I am sitting from the last 50 minutes. I would sit for another 30 or 40 minutes. Not more than that. It is not important how long you sit before the system but how best you have utilised it is more important.

I haven't been on my computer for the last 45 hours. I have been out of town. I didn't miss much on my computer either.

Half and hour and I take a ten minute break every forty-five minutes.It reduces eye damage according to some studies.
