I have a skirt that is kind of a turquiose blue color and I like to wear a black top with it. do you think that looks good together?

Yeah...although I think white would go better...with some cute white sandels to match it up perfectly...

It might be a little dark, I would wear it with a white top, but I think a black top would be cute too.
