Post Office, Department of Motor Vehicles, Social Security Offices, The Courthouses, ect.
I personally think the DMV hires rude idiots. I have never just gone there, been served, and left. Always a problem.

i think it's the dept. of homeland security. hurricane katrina showed they haven't the slightest idea what they're doing. they have no idea how to deal with a natural disaster and i shutter to think what may happen should another terrorist attack occur.
