I've been told "There will be more "friction". (with a circumcised) The entire length of the circumcised penis will move across your genitals whereas the uncircumcised penis will "glide" in an out under the foreskin." Is this true and which feels better?

It is true. Or, since we're in the psychology section here, It will be true if only you will believe. How do you feel about the foreskin? How does it feel about you?

A question of "preference" would be my guess. But circumcision is the more hygenic way for all concerned. Otherwise, the uncircumcised male needs to practice extreme cleanliness.

Now you've done it!!!! Some Government suck-up is gonna see your question and make it an issue to waste BILLIONS of tax dollars to resolving your question. Hopefully, after a trillion dollars spent--and the suck-up finds NO promotion after all, we will rest knowing the answer to which is better for a woman: circumsized or not.
