I hope ive seen through your cleverly worded question . . . . . . . . .Mt Blanc isnt higher than any other mtn in the Alps because it already is the highest mtn ! !

Actually, it IS true that Mt. Blanc is taller.

The highest mountain in the Alps is Mont Blanc at 4,808 m on the French-Italian border.
