1)Try to defragment your hard disk.
2)Delete prefetch folder from windows.
3)Clean registry.
4)If this not work, try to reinstall windows, you'll be amazed how fast will be your pc.

Disk clean-up. The more you have, the slower the computer.

clean up your hard drive by uninstalling any program you do not use anymore, them use disk clean in tools, clean out cookies, and then defrag your system!
