I hear from many people that they can play for hours on these games and that was so true for me when my sims 2 game was still working. I would like to hear from the opinions of The Sims players or addicts (TS1 or TS2).

I've just installed TS2 in my PC and now i cnt part with it. To me i guess its a escape from reality where you can actually control a person's life and everything in the "house" seems so real... u get to do things which you'd never do in real life... that's y i think its so fun and so addictive.

Just got off a 1 1/2 year "run" on TS2. Started playing the minute I got home from work, and just kept playing until I fell asleep in front of the computer. Got the same way with TS1, too. Ironically, I lose interest with each at around the same time... about the time they release the Pets expansion pack. Now I've just substituted Urban Dead for TS2.

I am totally addicted and when I'm not playing, I'm thinking about it. For me the addiction is in the fun of being able to play "god" and to make and put replica's of people I don't like into my game and than treat them badly. Yes, I need to get out more.
The Sims2 is even more addicting though because you can have babies, grow old and die. The babies even take on characteristics of their parents. It's so life-like.

I love Sims games. I guess it's because I'm able to make choices and take risks I wouldn't do in real life.

It confident is once you have in no way performed it till now, and not in any respect have been wealthy sufficient to have lotsa dollies like me whilst i replaced right into a toddler, so i actually enjoyed the possibility of having a 2nd teenagers. particularly embarrassing in case you think of that i replaced into 40 years previous on the time.

its just that the sims is really fun to play, I mean like you have to take care of people and you can make them do whatever you want, I heard before that SIMS could mean

...To tell you the truth I have no idea...I too have played for hours with these games and honestly don't know why...I guess I kinda think it's fun to be able to customise your person, and totally control every aspect of their life....I guess :)
