I took the exam several years ago. If you have just read a book on the CCNA then you will probably find questions that were not covered in the book. Just before I took it, I downloaded some "braindumps," which are actual exam questions that testers report were on their exam. To my surprise I did not know a good quarter of the questions because they were not in the book. I would suggest trying to search for braindumps on CCNA before going in.

As a general rule of thumb, pay special attention to the syntax of commands. You may be asked to pick the answer with the correct syntax but there might be more than one correct answer.
