Our youngest child will be entering 1st grade and the wife wanted me to help her find a vocation.
She's 40, was previously in sales and needs something FUN that will fill in the time between 10am and 2pm. I told her to find something that she really loves to do and worry about the money second. She needs some ideas to get her going.
She's very smart and healthy. Sky is the limit and we can help her acquire any skills she does not currently present.

Something nice for your mom would be to be a real estate assistant. She could prepare copies and forms for the real estate agent.
