When I first saw your question it seemed extremely confusing? The reason. You have three Marvel comic characters included here with one DC character.

Captain American siding with Daredevil to battle Batman and the Black Panther? Interesting. In this crazy world where comics have all types of variables anything could happen with the right type of writer and illustrator.

This is really a no brainer because Batman teaming up with the Black Panther is an almost unstoppable combination. Why? These are two of the most intellectual characters in comicdom. Bruce's history of studying science, forensics and criminology is first rate. Plus, with Wayne's wealth he has created an entire network of technology.

T'Challa is impressive as well. He is the king of Wakanda. And that kingdom is filled with technological wonders that has ceased the invasion of armies of countries such as France, Germany and even America. When the savagrie of the Panther is unleashed their is simply no stopping this ferocious character.

Enhanced physical strength is Captain America's key and also that great shield. The Bat and Cap have fought a few times and it has ended in either a draw or the Bat coming out on top. The Bat has fought Daredevil as well and Daredevil could not take him.

The Bat is too focused, too schooled in every art of combat and I would believe the same could be said for the Panther.

The x-factor would be; could the Panther be true to the Bat, whom he hardly knows. He would feel bad about betraying his fellow Avenger and might become a turncoat to the Bat. Knowing the Bat he he has probably taken that into consideration as well.

would be a good fight, they are all agile, they all are at human or just above strength no one would really have an advantage there, bats would have the most weaponry and daredevil probably haves the most superpowers, I'm not really fawned of all the I'm human but i can stand up with the big boys guys, which these guys pretty much are the major ones. i don't really see a clear winner here i could go ether way, but i would have to sway my judgment toward batman and the black panther just because batman has all the stuff in his belt

i think batman would win. he can pretty much take out daredevil with some gadget that will screw up his senses. Black Panther is just a regular guy.

Capt Am would be the toughest competition

This how it would go:
Batman starts out with a surprise attack activating his sonar he uses to control bats(from Batman: year One). This causes Daredevil to lose his hearing. then black panther pounces out of the shadows attacking the confused and distracted captian america. Batman then, still hiding in the shadows, throws a stun batarang at DD taking him down. Eventually, after a heated battle, CA beats BP. Captain then realizes that someone else must ahve been hiding in the shadows, to take down DD. He then, instinctively, throws his sheild. Batman dodges it, and realizes he's been discovered. he takes this oppurtunity to emerge as cap's sheild comes back. Batman dodges it allowing it to hit cap america. From hear on out its hand to hand. batman allows captain america to attack first, since the kevler under his tights absorbs alot of force, after he starts to slow, batman takes this as an opputunity and knock cap down with a quick punch-punch- kick combo, he then stuns him with a stun gun.
In the end, Batman and Black panther win.

Since their fictional characters, Professor Stephen Hawking could kick every member of the DC, Marvel, Image, and Dark Horse universes' butts combined if the author scripted him that way.

I would rather have all these guys join forces to become a special ops team since they're pretty much the type of characters I would recruit.
