My sister in law's sister lives in Edinburgh in a place dubbed 'writers lane'. Iain Rankin who writes the Detective Rebus stories, Irvine Welsh (Trainspotting) and the Harry Potter bird JK Rowling live there. When there was a murder on the street Iain Rankin was given permission by the police to check out the site to research his novels.

LOL! some of the questions these people give are hilarious... well no i don't live near anyone famous and yes i must admit i don't know anyone who lives near someone famous... unlike all these other people who claim to live near famous people i don't so what.

I live around the corner from Graham Norton - I am not sure if they still live there now, but Roger Taylor (from Queen), Leo Sayer (singer), Bruno Brooks (DJ), Anita Dobson (ex Eastenders actress) and loads of other famous people used to live near me
