I can't even look at a picture of Fenella the kettle witch without freaking out! (I just tried and I've got horrid goose bumps!).

Aaahhh Chorlton and the Wheelies ! Classic stuff. I don't know if i should admit to it but i have the first series on DVD. It is great to watch when you feel a little sad as it is just great enetertainment :)) Did you know the kettle was called spout hall?

Chorlton...classic! This is the show, along with Willo the Wisp, which inspired me to use accents. My family and friends thought they were funny and I ended up performing them more regularly. Things like Chorlton and the Wheelies made a big impact on me...madness! Just from one wee phrase, 'Hello, little old lady' I studied theatre at Uni and now use my language work as a teacher. There is a good side to kids TV. Mental!

I don't know who you're talking about, but the little old lady who lived in a shoe scares me. Anyone who can stand to live in a stinky old boot with that many kids has to be pretty tough and angry!
