Yes I lived there in 1963. I lived in Kim Teng Park. Please get back to me.

check with JB city hall and/or Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara if they are willing to tell you. i'm sure they did "Banci" there. anyway, this information are usually confidential, don't think they can help either.
