Time Zone GMT + 2 . Egypt observes daylight saving time during the summer months.
Business Hours Government offices work Saturday through Thursday, with Friday as the day off. The private sector normally works five days a week, Sunday through Thursday

One of my friends is from Egypt but that doesnt mean that I really know Egypt!!

Yes, but my knowlage is mostly about history of egypt. I'm reading fantastic book wich has big chapter about egypt history, and the infromation is very reliable.If you are interested then take a look.
