Should i get a pygmy goat or a puppy next spring?

both are awesome, but i would say a goat, they are original!! if you go around walking a goat everyone will be like AWW a goat. if you get a dog ppl will be like ok so he has a dog. but dogs are amazingly awesome too!

A goat! Dogs may know a lot of tricks, but goats are really friendly. They nuzzle up against you and truly don't need as much exercise as most dogs. If you have a medium fenced-in backyard, your pymy goat will be really happy. He could even come inside if you potty-train him. Just be sure that the neighbors don't complain if you live in the suburbs. I live a couple miles away from my nearest neighbor, and I have a goat farm. If you do get a goat, get it as a kid so you can train it from the beginning.
Oh, and If you're worried about the smell, I had to nurse a baby when the mother wouldn't feed it, and we sprayed Febreeze on her (it's not toxic to the skin) and she didn't smell. Do get a she because the men have smelly glands (I would never take one inside!).

I would get a goat. They are as smart as a dog and easier to take care of.I have 19 of them and they are the best pet I have ever owned. If you get a goat though you should get 2 because they are herd animals and don't like to be alone. The only goats that smell are the billies. They have scent glands and bad habits esp in the fall. They also can get aggressive as they get older during breeding season unless you have them neutered. Also I would get a baby and make sure the horn's have been dis budded.

Have you ever smelled a goat? They smell terrible. A pup would be much better.

get a dog because goats smell and they need lots of care and time and you could only kep them in a farm

get a goat, everyone has a dog. you could start a revolution. but make sure you walk him like a dog.

puppy or if you have a farm a goat might work too.
