Take your panties off, and put one foot on the side of the bath tub or the toilet, this will make it easier for you. Take the wraper off of the tampon, and put side without the string up to your vagina. Slowly push it about half way up into your vagina. When you get to the smaller tube that is inside the inner tube, stop. Now slowly push the inner tube completely into the outer tube. pull the applicator out of you, and let the string hang out of you. Be sure you only try this when you are on your period. Be sure when you insert it you do it with an upward and backward motion. Never leave a tampon in for more than 8 hours. If a tampon isnt saturated completely when you take it out, switch to a smaller, less absorbent one. Practice makes perfect.

Why not check inside the Tampon box. Inside there is a how to manual with pictures. It should answer any of your questions.

not to be gross or rude...
you find a coforable position and you take the tampon out of the wrapper and you put you hand on the applicator if there is one and find the hole for the vagina and push then the applicator will come out. or Read the directions. You must be young...

ok get a tampon, angle it towards you're back, stick the applicator in the vagina and push the smaller tube into the bigger tube and then it will be in and then you will take out the applicator. you're done.
