Find a company or business you are interested in.Then call the H.R. department and tell them that you looking for a internship you will have great luck.

It depends on where you live. I live in PA and the state has a very good internship that they do for seniors in High School. But most big companys have interns you just have to research about it.

Most internships are for college students, usually during the summer.
