how do i make a wallpaper for my psp?

If you want one of your photos to be your background, then go to photos, scroll down, find the photo, click on it, then press triangle, and find set as wallpaper, you might see that u can click on it, just wait a sec and keep trying.

go to settings .. then go down to theme settings .. select it and choose wallpaper and use....
