I think it is so noble of him and helps the different faiths come together at this trying time,a great example of a wonderful human being :)

Pity the policiticans could not do that to show consideration of the crisis.
Unfortunately his vigil will have little or no impact.
Sorry do not believe in prayer vigils.
How about raising money for the people whose lives and families have been destroyed by the events

its good to have a night vigil to pray for the crisis in the middle east. prayers though, are made for people who need them. i believe it would be lost on the arabs though, since they would be spending their night devising plans to kill more people.
the archbishop has the right ideas and intentions. in this age and time, we can only rely on prayers, at least some should be directed towards osama changing or dying.

He also wants people to go with out a meal and send the money to a charity that is helping out in the middle east.
He is doing it because he wants to promote peace and raise funds, I think it is a good idea.

Good for him. I take my hat off to him for actually having the courage of his convictions, and taking a stand. Shame its not more widely publicised.
