like cyann said about the signs does not neccisarly mean that that is a stupid question it just means that the person does not look at the surrondings enough to see the signs... so i say that there is no such things as stupid questions, only stupid people

In school we were always told that there are no stupid questions, only stupid answers! However after reading some of the ?'s on this site, I can only ascertain that some people just have entirely too much time on their hands!

Right off the bat sweetheart, No question is stupid if its something you need or want to know.. How do we learn.. Alot depends how you ask it.. I see alot of questions on here that people call stupit, but I answeer them just because the person on the other end may not be that smart and my ans will help them alittle... yes there are stupid questions. Stupid people frequently ask them. Not because the question is stupid but because the person asking it should know better and does not.

YES THERE IS!!!!!!!
One example: When a person walks up to a cash register with a HUGE SIGN in front of it (and all over the store AND on the door to the store) that says "NO CHECKS ACCEPTED" and they ask, "Do you take checks?".
THAT is a stupid question.
