I like the real Miami Vice, as in the TV show, not some stupid movie b/c people can't come up with their own ideas any more.

Haven't seen Miami Vice yet...
Talledega Nights was alright. There were a few scenes (watch for the dinner table "Baby Jesus" scene) which kept me in stitches, and Will Ferrell was really funny, but the script was bit off. Too many cooks in the kitchen (read: producers with dumb ideas) for the script to handle. Way too many plot lines. John C. Riely was great as Cal, Ricky's best friend. Sacha Baron Cohen, who is typically hillarious, was misscast. As was Michael Clarke Duncan. I'm not saying they were bad, they were just wrong for the roles.
I'd say it's worth the money for a ticket. Good date movie!

Miami Vice could have been way better. They could have had a much better plot, but they didn't. I kept waiting for a plot twist that never came. The only things that would attract anyone to it would be the cars, boats, and planes.

Talledega nights was CLASSIC will ferrell. I couldn't stop laughing the entire movie. You should definitely see it in theatres, a movie is always better with a large group of people laughing their heads off

Vice was so boring, no plot, bad charectorization, i wouldnt recommend it to my dog.
never seen the other.

Talladega Nights WAS AWSOME!
We laughed non-stop for the whole movie. It was frikkin awsome

Did not have a chance to see MV as yet, saw TN & it sucked. What a waste of money, I wanted to kick myself.
