It's not just you....I used to get the same sort of creeped-out feeling with regards to Drew Barrymore when she was in her late-teens and early 20s, playing off how little-girlish she still looked then.
But I think I've figured it out since then. It's just a hunch right now, I need to gather a few more points of evidence to make it a legitimate hypothesis, but, the short answer is:
Some people, they've been slowly becoming genetic freaks of a sort. Their maturation process doesn't work right, and they don't *grow up* correctly. With some folks it is outside influences, like drugs or cancer therapy, but with some it is simply that folks in some families have been *over-selected* for cute in terms of reproductive success, and now they look a bit *too* oddly symmetrical or bug-eyed or whatnot....
Generally speaking, it happens with humans, ok, but lately things have sped up (and by "lately" I am talking since the start of the 20th century).
I think you can expect more of this pretty soon.

I know! She looks like a scarecrow, or a skelonton! She has lost to much weight! I remeber in Lizzie McGuire she was a little Chubby. But now, she is a skelonton!

You're right. Her teeth are huge. She is very skinny with big round eyes and her hair and skin are very white. I also think she looks like a horse.
