Night Time Is The Right Time..Ray Charles (50's) song. Also done on The Cosby Show for Cliff's parents anniversary party. This is the original. I don't know who might be a remake that you may be referring to.

I don't know if there's a new version, but Ray Charles did a song called "Night Time Is The Right Time," which has lyrics similar to what you're describing...maybe it's from the "Ray" movie version
