it all depends on the person. you can get them at 10. some people never get them. some dont get them till they are 18 or so. some people have them while they are adults. since girls hit puberty sooner than boys, they are more likely to get them at a younger age.
if it is bad or you are worried call a doctor.

Acne is caused mainly by the hormonal activity that creates more sebum. This sebum fills in the sebaceous glands that are also blocked at the same time. I think something like only 10% of the population makes it past puberty without zits. So yeah, almost everyone.

I started to get zits at 11 but i started to use astringent and that took care of zits and if your out of astringent then you can use soap and water use hot water first and then soap then after the soaps washed off then use cold water it works really well.

No pimples can start at any age or you may never get them. Your sister should probably have your mom take her to the pharmacy and pick out a good facial cleanser for pimples. Also a pimple cream that you just apply to the pimple helps too. Not too much scrubbing because that stimulates the oil glad and she should never "break" the pimple with her fingers because it introduces germs.

Anyone, at any time in their life, can get pimples. Pimples are caused by blocked pores. Blocked pores are caused by sweat and bacteria. I had pimples as early as age 8. Make sure your sister is washing her face daily, using mild soap or antibacterial bodywash. If it gets pretty bad, you may want to tell your mother to take her to the dermatologist, as scarring can get pretty bad in someone as young as your sister.

Have mom get a bottle of apple cider vinegar its $3.00 a gallon wash your face with the vinegar pure no water let it air dry your face will be blemish free and very soft. tell mom to use it too.
