DB as been made the scapegoat for Englands dismal performances he'll be back when when they can't find someone else to take the blame. You seem to have a lot of answers from people who are jealous of his personal success

Well i think it's actually a very smart move, David Beckham had too much power within the team. With player like Lennon and SWP the futrue is very good for Englands right side of midfield.

I wouldn't call it stupid.
It's true that he will be missed and I for one will be wanting to see him back in the sqaud but David needs to get back to his previous top form. Since going to Real Madrid his play and fitness seems to have lost it's shine.
I haven't seen another England player that can match his long pass or penalty quality but then should that be enough to make it into the squad.
I'm sure that David Beckham would disagree with me on this last point but it is my view non the less: Isn't it time he focussed more back on the football as opposed to selling Pepsi or other products.
Come on David, come back to the Premiership and show us your golden balls.

YAWN what proportion cases is that this question going to be asked the info are he can no longer play ninety minutes for England as he examined interior the cup he isn't enjoying adequate first team soccer he is going to play soccer in a minor league he's greater interested in his commercial artwork now his performances these days have been stable for Madrid yet can he shop on everybody became calling for him to be dropped after the worldwide cup fiasco and his Madrid style has particularly lots consistently been consistent and stable i'm no longer completely anti Beckham if he have been to be reported as up he could be a bench participant basically it is going to likely be a shame if he can no longer get to a hundred caps after being so close to he remains a great passer and set piece participant yet I surely have intense reservations as to his wellness

Beckham's not anywhere near as effective in the midfield as he was a few years ago, the boss is right, it's time for England to consider moving on without him!

We do not know what went on behind closed doors, but Beckham will always be a major figure in soccer, no matter where he is. Sometimes it is just best to move on, things like the "Captian"s" position cna be very limiting and he was just tired of carrying other's on his back. Luck to him where ever he goes.

Beckham has lost bit of his touch and he is slow. He is 31 and should give way to young promising players like Lennon, Jenas and Wright-phillip. Gerrard can take free kick and corner so no problem.
