This question is now being raised not only around the world, but also in Israel itself. Clearly, there is a huge gap between the army's boastful arrogance, on which generations of Israelis have grown up, and the picture presented by this war.
On the 32nd day of the war, Hizbullah is still standing and fighting. That by itself is a stunning feat: a small guerilla organization, with a few thousand fighters, is standing up to one of the strongest armies in the world and has not been broken after a month of failing attempts to "pulverize" it.

Oh you just need to see the Haaretz website to read the articles and the people asking for Olmerts balls on a silver platter! At least 500 people want Olmert to resign. One even said they want Nasrallah as their new Prime Minister! lol Another said Joe Liberman.
A Rabbi said (about Olmert) (after he resigns) "Dont forget to turn off the lights (when you leave!)! lol
The writer of the article hung Olmerts balls out to dry!
well have fun.....................................lol
And after all this it was reported that the USA(our Govt) helped plan Israels folly in Lebanon.

No matter what your stance on the War in Lebanon the use of the Word NAZI bespeaks of complete ignorance & stupidity on your part. It is rude & obnoxious though I know that is what you intend. But Heck, you are only spreading more Ignorance. The NAZI s were an entirely different breed of Animal. What is happening in Lebannon has been going on for Centuries. The Mid-East is only so Big and there are BILLIONS of People clamouring to call it home. Turf Spats in the Region go back to when The Bible was being created in the records of the various people fighting for the regiuon.
32 days yes that can be called impressive but how DO YOU measure that against America's stay in Iraq. My Math is lousy but the so called insurgents have been duking it out more than two years. Your valiant Hexbollah Army is actually quite comparable to the Jewish Freedom Fighters who relied on themselves to carry whatever weapons they had and to hide wherever posible which was next to impossible in Poland between 1940 to 1945 becuase the CATHOLIC population found it profitable to SELL them to The NAZI s who held Poland hostage during those years. HEZBOLLAH is more like a Political Party and much as they would be welcome in many Republican households in America's Heartland they are quite welcome in various homes throughout Lebanon. It is difficult tracking down an enemy who launches a missle one moment and ten minutes later is at a first birthday party laughing with family & friends.
As for The Boastful Israeli Army - - - bear in mind that the Hatred of Arab Nations and the vaunted Strength of Israel has kept those Arab Nations from fighting One Another - - - With Israel viewed as a non threat how long before more battles break out. And yes I figure you will shout for Joy the day an Arab League rolls into Jerulsalem and trampels the Flag of Israel into the Ground but what are you gonna do when that Arab League begins fghting
over what parts of the former nation of Israel is 'rightfully' their land - - - when the Victors fight over the spoils.
Would not a Peaceful Middle East be Best - - - Why encourage more hatred and Anger - - - especially using a word that is in no way approriate. Peace.

Hezbollah regrouped, it is small army with large backing by faceless ones that want to see Israel removed but wont try to do the job itself! Israel will now probably re-arm and regroup and when the next time comes ... look out world cos it's gonna be bad!!! And no I have nothing to do with Israel!

If the Israel had decided to go full force with this thing, then Hezbollah wouldn't exist in this form now nor would Lebanon. But you whiners, who don't believe that Israel has the right to defend itself or the right to exist, for that matter, made such an uproar over the poor terrorists and their supporters, that Israel couldn't do what it wanted to do and what it intended to do. Further, to compare the Israeli army with the Nazis is so blatantly anti-Semitic and down right idiotic that you really should re-exam your history books.

Better go back to Pol Sci 101, friend. No Nazis there. You obviously don't know what the word means so don't waste your time using it.
Hezbollah have survived this long due to the massive cache of weapons from those wonderful people in the Iranian government. Lets not forget that they have publicly stated that Israel must be wiped off the face of the earth.
If you regard a bunch of cretins who hide behind womens' skirts or in children's toy boxes as heroes, you're just sad.
If you view victory as being the deaths of women and children caused by your "heroes" hiding their weapons in residential neighborhoods, you're just plain sick!
Hezbollah are the lowest form of scum on the earth. They insult Islam and The Prophet by their actions and would not know the word of Allah if he spoke it to them in person. As they die, they surely will hear the searing words of Ibliss as he welcomes them to eternal hell.

They are occupying Lebanon, apparently Hezbollah couldn't stop them from doing that. Not to mention they pleaded to the UN to make Israel stop. Seems to me that Hezbollah is getting kicked.

It is because terrorist are like roaches, they hid in residential areas and don't fight like real armies. They don't wear uniforms and they subject thousands of civilians to harm.
Isreal could have well came in and talken over but they tried to do it with as best they could.

you total idiot. due to the benevolence of Israel, they Jews didn't just carpet bomb the whole country of Lebanon. they could in a single day wipe that piece of crap Hezbollah off the face of the planet but in consideration of innocent( if there are any innocent arabs) lives they are sacrificing their own children in an attempt to contain Hezbollah on the ground. give thanks to GOD (not allah) for your lives.
