I'd just be an investor and it would be run by you, my business partner. There is the most awesome soul food restaurant on the West Side of Chicago and Cleveland is sadly lacking one (a good one with decent prices and the reliability of "MacArthurs" on Madison Avenue). My favorite Italian Restaurant is also sorely missed ("Cafe Borgia" in Lansing, IL on Torrence Ave.). So, what would it take for you to open another identical restaurant (your 2nd) in another city. Why or wouldn't you do it?
Thanks!

I've done fine in the biz world, thank you very much. What I meant is that I don't want CURRENT FRANCHISE OWNERS to respond. Didn't think I needed to break it down like that. Ghheesh.
