what should i do if im one of the most popular guys in the school im gonna be a sophmore and im dating a senior cheerleader all the girls like me , i hang out with popilar kids of the school and im friends with everyone but theres a problem... im gay .... and i alredy told some of my best friends (girls) that i am ... and they are pretty cool with it but im affraid that my GUY friends are not gonna be cool with it ... i dont want to be a loser ... or the rejected kid of the school cuz of that . what should i do ?

Yes there is a bigger problem than you realize, you better stop telling every one you are gay or you are going to get all kinds of hate from the guys who wont want you in the locker room anymore when they are changing out, you could get beat up pretty bad, it has happened hundreds of times before. And the girls, well they might be cool about it because they are polite, don't expect that from the guys. You need to make sure you want to come out at this time of your life, it can cause you so many problems you cannot imagine them right now.

Be perpared for your "popular"world to come to a screeching halt. Catch 22 situation-damn if you do damn if you dont. If you can handle it then "be true to thyself". If you come out of the closet, youre exposing yourself,especially due to your past lie more than whom you are, to a long period of ridicule,loss of friends, loss of class stature, etc. Youve possibly waited too long and carried on the charade too long. Most probably wont believe you at first thinking youre just kidding, the rest will probably have nothing to do with you, but in the end you are going to lose most of your friends if not all. Most of this will be due to the mistrust you instilled in them. Your classmates look up to you as a leader or an icon and now youre going to lower a bombshell. You might be better off fading into the background slowly til after graduation when most dont care what happens after high school. Good luck

Well if you arent ready to completely come out of the closet then you shouldnt. But on the other hand if they are truly your friends they will support you and still be there for you. If being popluar is important to you then dont say anything to anyone, but being popular isnt being true to yourself. So you think long and hard before you make a final decision okay.

A real friend is not stupid to not accept the way their friends are, so, go ahead, now, if they dont accept, then they werent ur true friends after all, trust me i have gay friends and we all keep it cool
