Tips: do it without the use of your hands. put a wet towel over the unit and do lifts with it.
Put on two-four size smaller briefs on and let the unit rub/friction against the fabric. Again no hands.
Jump up and down (like jumping jacks) naked letting the unit plop alternatively against the leg and stomach area repeating this process until you ejaculate. Be prepared, stuff will cling when doing the wild thing. Again no using of the hands.
Also if possible, hold out between sessions and don't ejaculate, let it build up. Rest between sessions and start again. Then release when you've reached the "point of no return".

If you are a bloke, concentrate on the area between the penile meatus (outlet, or spout), and the Y shaped part that connects the foreskin to the shaft.
