I would really like to take my boyfriend on a real treasure hunt. He loves geology, any ideas?

Hvae been to Murfreesboro many times...the place is called Crater of Diamonds state park and diamonds are found there all the time...@ a rate of more than 1 a day...last time I took the kids there, talked to an older couple that have been there 6 times and have found 14 diamonds...it's not much more than a large field with wash and sifting stations but the thought of finding a diamond is very intruiging..taking the kids down there again when it cools down. I don't know about a real treasure hunt. In Noel, Missouri there's Bluff Dwellers Cave & Browning Museum. The cave tour takes approx. an hour to 45 min. Besides the cave there is also a mineral museum.

Murfreesboro Arkansas,vistors can hunt for gem samples.You can keep what you find.
