I need advice on what i should do to get ready, what to do on the first day, and throughout the whole year. People going to private highschool now or have gone in the past answer this please!

A private catholic high school is pretty much just like any other high school (to me there's only 3 differences- cost, what you wear & having religion in a school). Have an open-mind about it all- don't jump to a conclusion of whether you like it or hate it right away. Meet some new people and compare class schedules to see if you've got any classes together. Don't be afraid to get involved either, if a club sounds cool or interesting, sign up for it!

Be open minded. Realize that half of the people there will be spoiled rich kids and the other half will be kids who are smart and/or have loving parents but are dirt poor. They either have a rich relative who's paying, are using loans to go, or get some kind of scholarship deal.
You should be respectful of your teachers and be prepared to work. The workload in private schools is tougher than public schools (usually) and is going to take a large part of your time. BUt, the education you receive will be priceless!
There will be a lot of rules in this school and i would recommend that you follow them. Private schools don't play around with rules anywhere near as much as public schools do.

Is it coed or all boys? Just be yourself, don't try and change or be like the kids that go to the private school. Um also if you have to wear a uniform try and spice it up to your liking. Private school is fun, if you make it that way. Private school kids also throw the best parties.

I never went to a private High School, but if it's anything like a private Middle School, RUN! ESPECIALLY IF THERE ARE NUNS!!!
